The wonder of W. B. Yeats
When You Are Old
by William Butler Yeats
When you are old and gray and full of sleep,
And nodding by the fire, take down this book,
And slowly read, and dream of the soft look
Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep;
How many loved your moments of glad grace,
And loved your beauty with love false or true,
But one man loved the pilgrim of your soul,
And loved the sorrows of your changing face;
And bending down beside the glowing bars,
Murmur, a little sadly, how love fled
And paced upon the mountains overhead
And hid his face amid a crowd of stars.
And in tribute to Yeats, one of my favorite poets, a song for Yeats from Loreena McKennitt.

Art really can create change in the world and can absolutely cause change in our hearts and minds. JR is a charismatic speaker in addition to being an inspirational artist. It takes guts to shed light on the commonalities of human beings that often times live beyond the shadows of fear and manufactured hatred. Look beyond the fear and expose the truth of our connected hearts and souls.

Arturo Sandoval - For Love or Country trailer
The Arturo Sandoval story explodes with music, passion, life and love. This movie is a personal favorite as I think all the actors really bring this story to life with great truth and vitality. Of course, I have a great love for the music of Arturo Sandoval and Dizzy Gillespie. In addition, the way that this film brings to life the journey that he travels in the interest of his deep love for music is quite fascinating to me. He goes to great lengths to fight for his art, his love and his life.
