Kandinsky continues to inspire, living on through his vast collection of masterpieces. He is one of those artists that seems to me to have something for everyone. From landscapes and seascapes, to the mystical and everyday life, to portraits and the abstract. As a painter, to have the dream of creating this kind of massive and broad collection of work is definitely a lofty goal but is one I imagine for myself. The amount of time and energy that had to be tapped to create such an extensive collection is mind boggling. You can view a great deal of Kandinsky's work here. I imagine you will find a creation of his that speaks to you personally.

The work of Claude Monet is filled with light and life. It is easy to become one with his work as if you are stepping foot into the scenes that his brush strokes have created as if they were painted around you. The shadows and reflective qualities are truly superb. I have many favorites amongst his masterpieces but let me just select a few to highlight for you today.

It takes guts to shed light on the commonalities of human beings that often times live beyond the shadows of fear and manufactured hatred. I stumbled upon the amazing talent of Julian Beever many years ago and his work has never ceased to amaze and delight the senses!!!
